Chandlerville Man Sentenced for Fatal DUI
From WLDS in Jacksonville:
A Chandlerville man accused of driving drunk on Route 125 near Philadelphia and killing a Springfield woman in November will spend several years in prison.
Levi Jones, 19, was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison for aggravated DUI, and a concurrent sentence of four years in prison for reckless homicide stemming from the two-vehicle crash.
Jones pleaded guilty to the crimes.
The driver of the other vehicle, 23-year-old Yvonne Tyson, was pronounced dead at the scene.
