50 Guns Seized from Villa Grove Man
Fifty guns and stacks of ammunition were seized from a Villa Grove man after authorities arrested him for threatening to shoot young kids at his 4-year-old stepson's school.The suspect is Timothy Little, 36. He remains in the Douglas County Jail, and a judge denied bond.
Little's wife told a judge he put multiple guns on the kitchen counter, and said he was going to take them to Northward Elementary School and, "every baby he kills is on her." After she begged him not to do it, she got away and called police.
"I personally notified the superintendent of schools Sunday evening after Mr. Little was already taken into custody, basically notifying him the threat was there," Douglas County State's Attorney Kevin Nolan said. "The individual was taken into custody, so there was no immediate danger, but he was notified."
Little faces one count of making a terrorist threat, two counts of stalking, and one count of domestic battery.
