Attorneys Re-File Motion in Beason Murders Case
Attorneys for one of the brothers accused of murdering the Gee family in Beason have re-filed a motion in Logan County to get access to medical school and court records of Dillen Constant, 14.
Dillen was one of the five family members killed in the massacre.
Attorneys for Christopher Harris said Harris walked in on Dillen killing the family and killed Dillen in self-defense.
The new motion specifically names a doctor who prescribed mood-altering drugs, a mental health center, two schools Dillen went to, and the juvenile division of Logan County Court.
The judge is expected to rule Tuesday.
