Curran Hosts Car and Motorcycle Show
In Curran, motors were running and music was pumping at the Trails End Car and Motorcycle Show Sunday.
While The Bootleggers and ZZ Tripp played at Truasky's Trails End Saloon, tricked-out rides lined the parking lot.
The third annual show had plenty of cars, motorcycles, bands, and beverages. Organizers said this year's show is considered one of the most successful.
"We kind of made--tried to make--it a Curran community-type celebration as well, and it's working into that now," the show's Charles Gouveia said. "We're being a little more successful every year. As long as you get good weather, you get a good turnout, and we're happy with what we had."
Raffles helped support both the Curran Parks Committee and breast cancer research funding.
The motorcycle and car show is always held on the first Sunday in October.
