Harris' Lawyer Denied Subpoena
A lawyer for a man accused of murdering a family in Beason has filed a motion to subpoena records regarding one of the victims.
Dan Fultz, the lawyer for Christopher Harris, wants records for Dillon Constant. Constant was one of the family members who was allegedly murdered by Harris.
Harris is claiming self-defense in Constant's death.
A judge denied the motion, but granted the defense the opportunity to re-file the motion as a more specific request.
Harris also wants to move the trial out of Logan County, but that issue was not discussed at today's hearing. The next hearing is set for October 16.
