"HANNAH MONTANA" - HONORING THE MILITARY

BURBANK, Calif. (AP) -- Miley Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus and their characters on "Hannah Montana" are honoring military families. The episode that was taped Friday was in front of a studio audience filled with military families. It'll air this August. Some of the kids in the audience have parents who are overseas. In the episode Hannah Montana performs an intimate concert for the families. Miley Cyrus in her blonde Hannah Montana wig, tells the young sons and daughters, "sometimes we take our parents for granted, because we're used to having them around all the time." But, she says she's been told that for these kids, that's not always the case. With that, she and her dad sing a new song called "I'm Still Good." It's upbeat and is about being a good kid even if parents aren't around. Billy Ray Cyrus recently was on a USO tour to the Middle East. The Bob Hope USO in Los Angeles helped with the storyline.

SARA EVANS

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (AP) -- Sara Evans has gotten a temporary injunction against her ex-husband. The ruling prevents Craig Schelske from making any more public statements about Evans or about the reasons for their divorce. Evans got a temporary restraining order last month. It came after Schelske made comments about their divorce while testifying about a possible new law in front of the Tennessee Legislature and on Nashville talk radio. The judge also ordered Schelske to pay damages as determined by an arbitrator. Evans filed for divorce in 2006 after abruptly dropping out of "Dancing With the Stars." Their 2007 divorce agreement included a confidentiality agreement.

"AMERICAN IDOL" - ANY COUNTRY?

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- There are a few country-flavored singers remaining on "American Idol" -- especially Aaron Kelly. But, there might not be any country sounds from tonight's performances. This is Rolling Stones week. And, unless Kelly or any of the others in the Top-12 add twang to a Stones original, it could be all rock tonight.

WILLIE NELSON - MOVIES

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Willie Nelson has been acting for years. Now, Variety says he's put together a movie production company called Luck Films that's based in Luck, Texas. There are other filmmakers involved, as well. The plan is to three to five low-budget projects a year. Many of them would be music specials and documentaries for TV and the Internet. Variety says two films are ready to go into production: "Shootout of Luck" and "The Dry Gulch Kid." Willie Nelson will star in both and both movies will feature his music.

JOSH MOORE - GUITAR STOLEN OFF STAGE

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Can you imagine: Justin Moore's guitar was stolen from the stage after his show in Royal Oaks, Michigan. Moore says he and his band had just finished playing. He says they got a great reaction from the crowd and there was lots of energy in the room. Moore says he and the band ran backstage afterward like they do after every show. When he got to the bus, his road and production managers told him guitar had been stolen. He says "a fan just walked on stage after the show and grabbed it" like some souvenir. A Detroit disc jockey posted a plea on the station's Web site. By Sunday, the guy contacted the jock and arranged to return Moore's guitar.
