Homeless shelter coming to Jacksonville
Many homeless residents in Jacksonville are forced to move to places like Springfield because the capital city has homeless shelters. Jacksonville wants to change that by adding their first homeless shelter. The city knows of at least 50 homeless residents, but when you combine the unknown, they think it could be in the hundreds.
