RAW NEWS: Auditor General Arrested for DUI
Illinois State Police released this dash cam video, after their investigation for the arrest of William Holland was complete. The Illinois Auditor General was arrested February 6th, just before midnight in Springfield, for driving under the influence of alcohol. According to the report, Holland admitted he had a "couple of beers" at Spammy's, but the arresting officer reported a "strong" odor of alcohol said Holland poorly followed directions. Holland refused a breath test at the scene and failed several field sobriety tests, during which the officer reported he was "swaying and mumbling."
