Crime Stoppers is seeking information...

This week Crime Stoppers is seeking information on a burglary that happened on Sunday, April 27th at 9:45 pm at The Barrel Head, 1577 W. Wabash.  Authorities are investigating two suspects who gained entry to the meat cooler at the Barrel Head and stole numerous cases of a variety of meat.  One suspect was described as a black male, bald, wearing a dark short sleeved shirt.  The second suspect is also described as a black male and he was wearing a ball cap and windbreaker at the time of the burglary.  The suspects fled the business in a full sized van.  The van has a lighter color on top, a ladder on the passenger side rear door and a spare tire holder.  Authorities believe the van has Illinois registration beginning with the numbers “723”.  If you have information that may solve this crime, you can remain completely anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 788-8427 or submitting a tip online at www.cashfortips.us.  You could get a cash reward of up to $1000.
